Our Monthly Folk Club…………
- “Folk at the Fold” is a friendly monthly Folk Club
- We run every 4th Saturday from 8pm to 10.30. (Scroll down to see the dates)
- Our entrance fee is £2.50
- Please bring your own drinks. Tea / Coffee and biscuits are available for a small charge.
How to find Us: We are at The Cart House, The Fold, Bransford, Near Worcester, WR6 5JB. Details of the venue and a map can be found at www.thefold.org.uk There is plenty of parking on site.
Be heard – come and sing, tell a story or poem – or just enjoy listening! Beautiful half timbered surroundings with lovely acoustics. Bring your own drinks and a smile!
We are a friendly club and welcome all folk styles. Performers are given respect and support and audiences will share a lively and varied evening – among friends.

This club night coincides with Eric and Eileen’s 40th Wedding Anniversary so the night will be a little different. The evening is FREE but please book in advance. Start time is 7.30. There will be plenty of time for our regular performers , a couple of guest slots from the wonderful Carole Etherington and Andrew McKay – a talented songwriting and singing duo from South Wales.( www.cranedrivinmusic.com ) There will also be CAKE !
December 23rd. Christmas club night with mulled wine and mince pies.
31st December – New Years Eve session. A very special evening…..
Firstly ……..four members of ‘Folk From The Fold’ – Julia Davies, Jim Preston and Eric and Eileen will present …………. ‘The man who planted trees’ a heartwarming and uplifting tale in story and song. There will also be plenty of chance for those who wish to perform and a few SURPRISES to welcome in the New Year – what better way to start 2024! This is a free event but please book in advance so we have an idea of numbers.
